After much consideration, thought, and so forth, I have decided to start a blog. This decision either places me late in the game or as someone following the crowd. I like to think that I am fashionable late.
Introduction
With out further ado, let me introduction to me, Sunflower. I live in the suburbs of the city I have come to adore, Chicago. Living in the suburbs have giving me the opportunity to work in this great city. When I am not working, I am studying to receive my masters, quilting, reading, or spending time with my husband and our cute little puppy.
Future
From here I am not sure where this blog is going to take me. I hope that I will be able to explore the world of writing creatively, something I am often too logical to attempt. I also hope I will be able to share the interesting parts of my life and reflect. I also hope to share the joys and fustrations as that make life remarkable.
Reflection of the Day
Why is it that as individuals the need is felt to post our thoughts? Perhaps it is a way to connect with friends we do not see on a regular basis. Maybe we realize there are many more people out there with greater insight and experience. Or possibly we just like to talk about ourselves and see how other people react.
