Surgery Day

Filed under: Daily Reflections,NaBloPoMo — by sunflowersreflections @ 5:35 am

Well, today is the day of the long awaited surgery.  It is early, and I am showered and practically ready to go in the next 15-20 minutes.  Hubby is in the shower now.  It is possible I may not post for a few days, and I knew this going into NaBloPoMo.  I am having my ulna nerve (Cubital Tunnel Syndrom) in my elbow relocated and in my wrist the median nerve (Carptal Tunnel Syndrome) and the ulna nerve is being released.  All on my left arm.  My left arm has not been a happy arm.  It is more the tingling, numb, painful, “are you sure there aren’t pins in my nail beds“, nerve in elbow pops when arm is swung, arm.  Yeah, not happy.

I am nervous about today, but I am hopeful that it will help and be better in the long run.
